The left’s collapse. Opinion.

The 2024 election should be considered a landmark in history. A beacon of light in an otherwise dark previous several decades. This glimmer of hope might be fleeting. Does it bare repeating?

Some backstory

Something that I have said on the show in the past is, “the red wave is coming.” Too much doubt from my co-host. Which, how could he not have had such doubt? After all, the preceding decades had only shown that the political party we had closely identified with only seemed to be some band of old baboons whose only aim was to compromise themselves to death on serious social issues.

Trust me, there were plenty of moments throughout the shows’ history covering politics where I even felt dismay at the current prospects of the Republican Party. The never-ending compromises on issues which need to be cut and dry. Should we allow people to cut off their genitalia to satiate their mental disorder? What age should we allow “young people” (the left’s word for kids) to do it.

However. There was a tiny glimmer of hope. In the 2016 election, where Donald Trump, coming out of private life (as private as he could have been while being one of the most famous American’s) to throw his hat in the ring for the most powerful seat in the world. He ran on issues that American’s really cared about. Illegal immigration, the economy, jobs, foreign policy.

And he was elected. This businessman, real estate tycoon won the most prestigious office in the world. Because he spoke to the American people. In his first term, he learned rather quickly that a president really should clear out the executive branch and make sure everyone there will work towards his policies. He faced undermining. Making his first term, while successful in my book, lack luster on the social issues.

He had a great foreign policy, great economic policy, a great stance on illegal immigration. It could be likely that he knew he would want a second term and running on social issues like transgenderism and the like would be too risky for his reelection, especially in 2020. Then from 2020 to 2024 we had one of the worst presidents in American history.

The nightmarish interlude between his terms. A time when the Left doubled down on their efforts to get the person who they constantly regarded as being a “threat to democracy.” Calling him a fascist. These are things Joe Biden even parroted. They pushed and pushed this narrative, as well as setting up absolute sham cases against him to try everything they could to bar him from reelection.

It was when I got word that there was an assassination attempt that I knew. With 100% certainty, he would be the next president.

The greatest foible.

They had gone too far. Their constant rhetoric and justification of this attempt was the catalyst that really drove the gears in the wrong direction for the left. Aside from all the blatant banana republic corruption going on throughout the entirety of Biden’s admin. This was the straw that broke the elephant’s back.

We had even said on the show when we covered the assassination attempt that it was over. He will be the next president.

The left was so accustomed to being able to spout whatever nonsense they wanted about anyone they wished. With little to no repercussions for it since they had the establishment backing them. Conservatives had to, and frankly still do, fight tooth and nail over every inch of ground they clawed back from them since the Republican Party had given so much to them.

The Left, being the echo chamber bats that they are, couldn’t detect the changing winds or the receding tides before it was too late. They tried downplaying the attempt on Trump’s life the moment the story broke out. Saying it only grazed his ear. It didn’t hit him in his head, it was his ear.

To be frank, I don’t think there was anything they could have done to heal what was already a gushing wound in their side. But their response to the attempt on Trump’s life really didn’t help.

In some of the most iconic moments in history, President Trump stood up after being hit in the ear, first in the air, blood down the side of his head, mouthing “fight, fight, fight.” Seemingly in belief that it could be likely, he would not make it off that stage. A message to the American people that they really needed to fight for their country. Thus solidifying his reelection.

Another downfall of the Left.

The four years under Biden were some of the most blatantly obvious years when democrats showed their true colors. Their complete lack of compassion and care for their fellow citizens. The dismissal of their duties to do right by the American people.

The wide open borders. Giving illegal aliens fully paid stays in high-end hotels while homeless Americans across the nation look on in awe. The Dems don’t care about you. How many times do we have to say that on the show? How many times must I say the line, “They hate you, and they think you’re stupid.”

If you help them keep power, then you’re okay in their book. But the moment you do something that doesn’t line up with how they think you should vote, ie. the large percentages of Latino and black male voters who voted for Trump this election cycle, you are now a racist and sexist pig. Thank you The View for proving our points for us.

They were so lost in their sauce that they had no idea that the reason these people could have voted for Trump was because the democrats have gone off the deep end.

These people are so long gone that they lack any critical analysis skills whatsoever into their party. Because in their view, they are the saviors of America. The nation they hate most. So their only criticism wasn’t on themselves, but on the people who betrayed them. From the clip, you can see the anger and disappointment. Let’s be clear, The View is absolutely an accurate representation of the Left.

The nuclear fallout

Trump not only won the electoral college but also the popular vote. The first time a republican candidate has done so in 20 years. He has largely unified the Republican Party. Something that was severely lacking for a long while. This is all because of the left and their previous four years of degeneracy.

The tables have turned. The tides are rising for the Republican Party and the conservative movement.

If the media are on your side, you aren’t the resistance.

You have people who are still incapable of critical thinking outside their spheres, who can’t surmise what is wrong. And so you get incredibly dumb takes, which we covered on the show.

We covered a YouTuber who said that the right has a stranglehold on the media and that contributed to Trump winning the election.

The result of the election has left the democrats in absolute ruins. How can their tried and true methods of lying to the American people have failed? Was it the persistence that Biden was the spitting image of mental acuity? Was it the gaslighting, telling the American people that immigration is not the problem, and it’s just systemic racism? Or maybe it was the lies about the economy and how it was getting better. Or even the lies that resulted in someone making an attempt on Trump’s life. Or perhaps it was the second attempt.

The left now is being forced to look inwards and really get a grip with what their priorities are. They are left scrambling trying to figure out what needs to happen. What they need to drop and what they must focus on. The democrat party is so fractured and divided, their people have turned on them. They now have to face the music of what was being called onto conservatives for decades. The crashing of events and political talks by people aimed at causing a disturbance in true leftist fashion instead of actually having a discussion.

Yet, the protesters seen (or heard rather) at the DNC meeting gaggle were saying things that democrats really fail at. And that is taking care of people. They take care of all the wrong people. The tiniest percentage of the population with severe mental issues. Or the illegal immigrants.

So now the democrat party is having to deal with multiple factions, each with their priorities.

  • Gender fanatics whose only focus is whether or they can choose a bathroom to go into or participate in a sports team they don’t belong in.
  • A faction that is focused on whether you can talk about sexuality and trans ideology in schools to children, as well as the priorities of the previous group.
  • Another faction wants all the floodgates at the border open.
  • A faction that is dead set on destroying all semblance of America. Economy, structure, etc.
  • The race baiters, who’s only mode of operation is how much of a victim they are in this society.
  • The liberal white women who want to be on everyone’s good side, even at their detriment and diminishment.

Just to list a few of the more vocal crowds. The democrats’ problem now is that they have given these people so much voice and so much amplification that now that they have shown to have done nothing for them, they are facing their wrath. Albeit milk toast and anemic wrath.

With such a fractured alliance, the democrats need a way to regain their leverage. This is where the bio-Leninism analogy falls apart from the democrat strategy. They can now just turn around and attack the Dems.

Because the Left puts so much emphasis on THEIR ‘problems’ that is all they focus on. Nothing more. Nothing less. These people don’t vote because of the economy. They don’t vote based off foreign policy. They don’t vote based on border policy. How do I know? Because they still voted for the Democrat party while given the last four years.

The democrats had put so much time and effort focusing on these people’s PERSONAL ‘issues’, often fabricated, and so they care about nothing more than that. They have created for themselves a voter base of people who do not care one bit if America is number 1 in the world. So long as their tiniest little pleasures can be satisfied. That is a big problem. A problem for them now, of course. It’s a problem for America too because these people don’t really care about America. They think it’s a racist, sexist hellhole that they are forced to live in. So if it crumbles to the ground, they don’t care. As long as they get to use whatever bathroom they want, and talk about transgenderism and LGBTQAARPLMNOP to children in kindergarten while explaining how all the white kids in the class are racist and have to repent at the shrine of their unholy church.

Hopes and dreams, but being a realist

Will this Republican renaissance last? I am not convinced. It would be a dream if the republicans could hold on to the presidency and congressional majority for another four years, or even eight. One read could be that the democrats had pushed their luck way too far and in very little way could hope to regain much ground given their last four years of absolute corruption. With more and more time, more of their deceptions will come out and hopefully push the average American further right.

It would be surprising indeed if the American people kept to their recent voting habits and didn’t budge an inch come the 2028 election cycle.

If the democrats truly have a complete reform and really focus on actual issues in the country, they could bring back some of their voters.

I hope that Trump uses his last term to hit the social issues hard. Which he seems to be jabbing at now with recent executive orders. Which coincides with the majority of Americans opinions on things like transgenders and the like. If the Republicans keep up this no bullshit, no compromise attitude, it is likely they will see continued support. What was holding back Republicans before was the wishy-washy nature of the party.

The constant compromise, which allowed democrats to take miles on every issue. If the Republicans hold true with this revitalization, this era could have some staying power. Though. I am one to air on the side of skepticism.
