It was only a matter of time that this nightmare and attack upon the first and probably most important civil liberty for every American was launched. The language and legal authority to peruse its agenda are purposely vague and designed to chill its usage by the common Man. The man without Trump would have never won. If the purveyors of democracy are to be believed, of course. The man Trump promised to protect. Arguably there are no teeth to this EO at this time, and certainly any sort of legislative attempt to give it any would be quickly, and rightly, challenged in the courts. But the fact is as we saw with the Biden administration, that soft corporate power can be used in lieu of hard civic power. Consider the EO has phantom teeth in this way. Consider this nothing less than a betrayal of the American Spirit and Americans proper. The founding Fathers would look at this with disgust and mutter perhaps the Republic was a mistake.
But Trump doesn’t see this as a mistake, and that’s the problem. Since the election, I’ve held to my guns that Trump still held a blind spot with his son-in-law Kushner (and a few other boomer sacred cows). The man who could tug the king’s ear like no one else. I didn’t like it in 2016, and I knew I wasn’t going to like it now. Of course, the nay sayers (bloomers) assured us that Kushner was taking a couple steps down from politics in Washington to run his hedge fund or crypto nonsense and bring titans of industry together to make the American imperial position stronger. Of course, he’d still have his father-in-law’s phone number, so what fucking difference is that really, I wondered. What other griffters and shills did Kushner give his approval and recommendation to the President? Who’s got Trumps ear on Kushner’s behalf? On one hand, it absolutely matters to know which people are doing what for whom in this country, and lists like this need to become more commonplace and widespread. On the other, a system is what it does. And this is what it wants to do right now, so for the moment the names and faces of the people running the American people, flyover people, into the ground are a little less important than the “what” at this time.
The Fnords, Given Form
It should go without saying that the thought terminating cliche of “anti-Semitism” should ring nearly, if not more, hollow than “racism” or “rape culture.” Your eyes should be rolling like a slot machine into the back of your sockets like you’ve hit the jackpot just hearing it. The last thing you should do is what the corpro media says you should do and just take it at face value. Instead of ending all rational and reasonable thoughts, it should trigger your curiosity and drive to know more. What exactly is behind the veil of smoke? What’s being hidden from view here? Who is obscuring my knowing of these things and why? It’s difficult to train yourself to do so, we’ve all been conditioned by years of psychological rape in public schools and television. Allah have mercy if you’ve ever used TikTok. But you can do it, many have already. In time, one begins to see the magic words on billboards or on graffiti tags. Floating in the air. Echoes in the wind. Curiosity, as it turns out, does not kill the cat.
The danger here is that the legislature or the courts could take this document from the executive branch and give it more legitimacy by washing it through the swamp machine and setting the foundation for laws and interoperation of those laws that violate the constitution and more importantly the natural law by which all Anglo spheric peoples are conditioned for and build for themselves and posterity. To turn an original phrase here at the Whole Magazine, lets call this “Circular Legislating.”
Seeing the phrase “working definition” should chill you to the bone. Once the government, or any group for that matter, takes a working definition as its primary determinate factor, anything could become antisemitism at the mercy and will of some anon writer or activist. Someday, the SPLC and ADL might just declare that voting for republicans is antisemitic.
The only crime here is to write these vile words into existence and give their dark intent form.
Speach is Not a Crime
Construing threats and crimes where there are none is the verbal equivalent of a false rape accusation.
The status quo we live in, the modern framework of civil liberties within the scope of expression and assembly, is a cease fire between moral absolutists and moral degenerates. Once upon a time obscenity laws used to be enforced and constitutionally legal in this country. Nominally gross and enactable things like pornography and truly treasonous or seditious content could not be produced or distributed under penalties ranging from moderate fines to jail sentences. In the 1960s the long march finally made a series of breakthroughs in the SCOTUS. Now nearly everything was permissible, thus flag burning and financial profiteering on pornography peddling were rendered legally protected activities at the cost of very little breaching the social compact. Wherein nobody could be prosecuted by the state for being a card-carrying propagandist of the American communist party, the same privileges were given to the very same in the American Nazi party. Now the cost of entry, for a district attorney who wanted to silence somebody, became extremely high. And for 30 years this was the compromise. Far ends of both wings could conduct themselves without (much) fear of persecution and the middle of America could get along not getting along with each other.
So why now? What even? If one were permitted to ask. Simple. To freeze and otherwise scare people into self-censorship before their corporate overlords do it for them all in the service of protecting and enriching the coastal metropolitan and otherwise rootless elites that fancy themselves the lords over our fair nation. Without extra protections, how else would they be able to exercise their higher status than us rubes and rednecks? Without those protections and guard rails, what if their investments and plans were to falter? They must be protected from competition in entry to higher education, lest the flyovers make the cut and their precious little elite child didn’t. Nothing else stings a shitlib or an elite quite like being told he is a stranger in a country that does not, deep in its heart, like or love them in any way. To be told that this isn’t really their county is hateful and bigoted. It stings because it is true.
There is little else more revolutionary in our times as saying the truth.
Heathen Solutions, Heathen Results
It’s been said: “Import the Third World and you shall become the Third World.” Many a state, flyover states no less, are now living this turn of phrase. Imagine when in American history where skinning and cooking cats and geese in the park over an open flame was ever normal or commonplace. The arrival of these “cultural” practices did not spread through the wire or through memes to be committed by Americans in Minnesota by happenstance or by natural causes and means. No, these practices came along with the people we imported here from far away.

The great lie here is that the greatest threat to the American way of life is somehow, beyond a shadow of a doubt and with zero reservations in the minds of your civic leadership and law enforcement both local and federal, is mean-spirited memes and raised eyebrows directed towards less than three percent of the country. A heathen religion not from our shores or even where our ancestors came from. To somehow insinuate that banning Christianity, or core teachings or scriptures of it, is somehow “fair in the eyes of the spirit and idea of America” is the nonsense of foreigners who have overstayed their welcome and have no place telling us how to live our lives. Go back to the shithole you came from if you don’t like it here, says this writer. We will all gladly pay our taxes to give you a freebie off of our beautiful country.
As for Trump and his team, this executive order gets a 0/10.
