The most consequential election in recent history has now passed. Donald J. Trump, President-elect, will begin his second, non-consecutive term in office in January. But what have we learned? What has become more evident than ever?
The recent election, characterized by significant anticipation and concern, has concluded, bringing with it a sense of hope for the United States. The American populace now faces a viable opportunity for progress over the next four years. Trump securing a second term in office represents one of the few positive developments we have encountered in recent times. It is important to note that discussions online reflect a considerable number of individuals demonstrating what has been termed as “Trump derangement syndrome.”
Not only did Trump secure the electoral college, but he also received the popular vote, a feat that has been a recurring topic of discussion in American politics. This outcome is particularly noteworthy. Democrats love to point out the popular vote when a Republican candidate wins. They argue this when their candidate received the popular vote, illustrating the blatant hypocrisy of the party. This cycle, the popular vote holds some significance. It reflects the shifting demographics and priorities of the American electorate. It highlights issues that resonate more deeply with certain groups. This, in turn, shapes the overall narrative of the political landscape. Observing how both parties react to the popular vote’s implications could provide insights. These insights might inform future electoral strategies and voter engagement efforts. They could also reveal the evolving dynamics of American democracy.
The following are things that I believe compounded into the outcome we saw this election.
The Dissolving of the Democrat Machine
The Democrat machine comprises a few parts. The first part being the legacy media, which the left has had in their control longer than I have been alive. This establishment media goes beyond the stereotypical news outlets. It also extends to digital platforms and social media. Here, narratives can be crafted and disseminated rapidly. The media’s power over elections was starkly demonstrated in the 2020 election. The subversion and dilution of the Hunter Biden laptop story likely influenced the election’s direction. It might have been different had it been given the attention it deserved. This strategic manipulation of information influences voter perception and shapes public discourse on critical issues. Naturally, you will see the legacy media claim it wouldn’t have changed anything. They often dismiss concerns as mere conspiracy theories. This only adds to the skepticism surrounding their integrity and commitment to unbiased reporting.

Wisconsin | 49.7 | 48.8 |
Florida | 56.1 | 43 |

Certain stories were silenced, and conservatives faced ‘shadowbanning’ on social media. This had been a massive problem on platforms such as Twitter (now X). It significantly impacted the flow of information and public discourse. However, this issue has been rectified since Elon Musk purchased the platform. Now, there is a more open environment for diverse opinions. During the transition, it was discovered that the FBI contacted Twitter. They aimed to subvert information on important topics related to the Biden family. This included an alleged flagrant corruption scandal. This reveals a concerning intersection between government agencies and social media. This intervention raised substantial questions about accountability, transparency, and the integrity of online platforms, compelling users and policymakers alike to grapple with the implications of such oversight on freedom of speech and the dissemination of crucial news. As discussions about these issues progress, many demand rigorous standards and guidelines. They want to ensure that the digital public square remains a space for all voices to be heard. It should be free from manipulation or undue influence by authorities.
The second part of the Democrat machine is the deep state. Deep state refers to individuals. They can find themselves working at non-elected positions for their entire life before retiring. These individuals often accumulate significant power and influence within the government structure. These people run things across the government. They wield their authority in ways that can deeply affect policy and administration. Yet, they are rarely, if ever, held accountable for their actions. The deep state showed its nasty face during the past four years. During this time, Trump was prosecuted on incredible, obvious irresponsible charges. These charges, of course, led nowhere substantial.
The deep state had desperately tried locking Trump up, employing various tactics to achieve this goal. According to some sources, a judge has unexpectedly halted the January 6th election case. Prosecutors are actively looking to drop the charges altogether. This reveals cracks in the prosecution’s strategy. They couldn’t get to their finish line in time. The case was flawed to begin with. It was riddled with inconsistencies and questionable evidence. This glaring reality only amplifies the skepticism surrounding the motivations of those in power. This was part of the deep state’s overarching attempt. They aimed to paint Trump as a raging criminal mastermind, orchestrating chaos at every turn. Their goal was to create a narrative that the people could not possibly trust him with re-election. They continuously pushed this agenda. They sought to undermine his support base. They instilled fear and doubt in the hearts of voters to achieve their political objectives.
Americans saw through all of this and recognized the opportunity for a change in leadership. They elected him, demonstrating their desire for a different approach to governance, one that broke away from traditional political norms. Trump flipped so many counties across the nation, appealing to a diverse array of voters who felt overlooked and marginalized by the political establishment. The underlying reason for this shift is that the machine is failing. People are waking up to the realities of their situations, realizing the need for a leader who speaks directly to their concerns and addresses issues that matter to their everyday lives.
Democrat’s problems with their candidate.
Their biggest downfall, aside from all of their corruption and evil games being on full display, was undoubtedly their candidate. Kamala Harris was a terrible candidate who frequently left many voters disenchanted. She had zero principles and often appeared to lack a genuine commitment to the values she professed to uphold. She walked in front of every crowd and pandered to them. She strived for approval, not authenticity. This tendency led her to change her stance on any important topics, bending to the whims of public opinion and political convenience.
It isn’t like Kamala was doing anything new. These are the same plays out of the same playbook, used by many in politics to rally their base and sow discord among their opponents. Harris, however, took things a little too far in her rhetoric. Constantly mentioning that Trump is a fascist aimed to cast doubt on his presidency. It also sought to invoke fear among voters by suggesting he would inevitably become a dictator. Although the man had already served a full term in office, she frequently claimed he threatened democracy. And she had the establishment media to back her up. She would repeatedly talk about Trump’s supposed actions. In most cases, these claims were completely untrue and flat-out lies. It sounded as if she were writing a dramatic soap opera. This approach alienated some undecided voters and contributed to the deepening polarization in the political landscape.
She would go on to the next rally and repeat these same tired talking points. Ultimately, the Dems chose a candidate who doesn’t have any principles. She had no clear vision for the future. She lacks any convictions of her own, changing her message to whatever group she is addressing without any genuine core beliefs. Harris purely exists to be molded by her elites, adjusting her stance like a chameleon in response to the prevailing winds of political opinion. It would seem the American people picked up on her being disingenuous.
This entire election was a complete embarrassment for the Dems. And those who disagree are simply in denial.
The die hard supporters (and the paid ones)
Needless to say, Harris also had quite the posse of supporters.
Harris’ campaign, during her rallies, chose to feature big-name celebrities instead of focusing on more substantive discussions about pressing issues. These celebrities took the stage and dazzled audiences with their presence. This created a stark contrast to the variety of guest speakers that Trump had, who often engaged in more direct political discourse. As a result, the events became less about sharing valuable information. They became more about putting on a spectacle. Attendees were treated to performances that felt more like entertainment shows. These shows were reminiscent of a concert, with celebrities shaking their bodies and flaunting their charisma on the stage of a presidential campaign. This approach prioritized star power over policy discussions.
It would be wise of democrat’s to omit such activities in their next election cycle. Most people going to a campaign rally might want to hear more about the candidate. They do not prefer watching people dance and sing on stage. They also dislike being lectured about voting for Harris because it’s the right thing to do or facing a guilt trip tactic like supporting women’s rights.
We know now that it fell utterly flat. She didn’t even perform better than Biden, and he could barely say a full sentence. Just gives you the caliber of candidate they chose.
The glaring problem
Harris was the Vice President. She was also responsible for the situation everyday Americans were living in. The border crisis. Inflation. Economy. Cost of living. All were destroyed while she was second in command.
People were able to look past the rhetoric and lies that the Biden Harris administration leveraged throughout their term. Telling everyone everything is getting better, and they inherited a broken system that was set up for failure and how it was Trump’s fault.
It didn’t work. People remembered when gas prices weren’t awful because Trump made the U.S. energy independent. People remember when groceries were cheaper and unemployment was at an all-time low due to the corporate tax cuts, which Dem’s enjoy saying as giving tax breaks to rich people. Yet, it invigorated the economy. Turns out, not squeezing companies for every dime allows them to expand and create more jobs organically. Since companies do enjoy growing.
Harris was clueless about everything. She couldn’t go on an interview without looking like a complete idiot. Her ridiculous, inappropriate laugh to buy time to create terrible responses in interviews that weren’t so friendly to her. She was awful at this. She has been for her entire career. Furthermore, she has successfully, failed upwards her entire professional life.
