Key Measures for Trump’s First 100 Days in Office

Trump has achieved a second term in the Oval Office. It was a landslide victory against former Vice President Kamala Harris. Trump released a video detailing his plans for his first 100 days in office.

Trump’s plans

Trump detailed his plan of action via video, where he informed the public the important measures he would take to bring the country out of this trench we find ourselves in.

  • 1) Executive order from 2020 restoring the ability to remove bureaucrats.
  • 2) Clean out the corrupt actors in the national security apparatus.
  • 3) Departments and agencies previously used to target conservative and political opponents will be overhauled so that they cannot do it again.
  • 4) Reform courts who have handled fraudulent warrants
  • 5) Expose hoaxes and abuses of power by establishing a Truth and Reconciliation committee. Declassifying deep state spying and corruption.
  • 6) Launch a massive crackdown on government leakers.
  • 7) Make the inspector general’s office separate and independent of the departments they oversee.
  • 8) Ask congress to establish an independent system to monitor intelligence agencies and ensure they are not spying on the citizens or running disinformation campaigns.
  • 9) Will move the federal bureaucracy to different parts of the country instead of focused in Washington D.C.
  • 10) Ban federal employees from gaining employment from companies which they oversaw/regulated.
  • 11) Push a constitutional amendment to place term limits on congress which will help aid get rid of the deep state.

There is a lot to unpack here. So buckle up.

1) Executive order from 2020

This executive order, EO 13957, “Creating Schedule F in the Excepted Service”, allowed the president to have management oversight over those subjected to Schedule F classification.

Due to these requirements, agencies should have a greater degree of appointment flexibility with respect to these employees than is afforded by the existing competitive service process.

Section 1 Paragraph 4 EO 13957

It allowed the president to remove people who had access to non-public information from their positions if they did not display, “appropriate temperament, acumen, impartiality, and sound judgment.”

It was a check on the system that typically went unchecked, as usually these positions were overlooked during presidential transitions. Positions that one could classify as being the ‘deep state’ with a loose toothed comb.

This is rather important, as the President should have managerial power over those who are not elected to their position.

2) Cleaning out corrupt actors in the national security apparatus.

This is another measure aimed at clearing the government as much as possible of the deep state cabals that run so deep. If it was any question what he is talking about with Deep State, look no further than the sham trials and the Steele Dossier if you need a refresher on what it looks like.

Clearing out these agencies who in principle should be using their offices to pursue the United States interests. Which is why the issue remains where these agencies were weaponized against Trump in the lead up to the 2024 presidential election.

3) Departments and Agencies used to target conservatives and Christians.

Following the previous action of cleaning out the national security apparatus, revamping the agencies that were weaponized to attack conservatives and Christians over the last 4 years is vital. Local justice departments were utilized to throw the book in the loosest possible ways at conservative Christians for praying in front of Abortion mills. They were slammed with FACE charges. Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act. As the name suggests, people are unable to blockade medical facilities or places of worship. A bill designed to attack those that speak out by simply being nearby, away from the door of these abortion mills, to pray.

Four pro-life Christians were convicted of violating the act as they protested by praying outside of the clinic. The U.S. DOJ charged all 11 defendants in the case for intimidation and interfering “with employees of the clinic and a patient who was seeking reproductive health services.” Translation: A woman went to go get an abortion and felt some sort of way about the people praying outside. She was able to freely walk inside, but her conscience got the best of her.

4) Courts that handled fraudulent warrants

Likely referencing the warrants issued for the storming of his Mar-a-Lago home during the classified documents’ debacle. The details on how he would do this is unclear, but likely would involve launching investigations into these courts to see if there are any hints of fraudulent warrants which have been used to target others.

5) Expose hoaxes and abuses of power by establishing a Truth and Reconciliation committee. Declassifying deep state spying and corruption.

Another measure to expose the ugly machine that lurks beneath the surface of the government. Blowing open the deep states activities against its citizens. Blowing open any hoax or abuse of power that had been utilized during Trumps first term as president and the past four years.

The public trust of the government and establishment media might just be at an all-time low with what has transpired in the past four years. Hoax after hoax, lie after lie. The administration lying to the public about the border, the economy, and everything else that the American people were living through. It became as obvious as ever that the lefts primary motivation is power. It has nothing to do with foreign policy. Furthermore, it has nothing to do with the economy, so long as they keep doing well for themselves.

The writing is on the wall. Look at the last three democrat presidents.

6) Launch a massive crackdown on government leakers.

This one might be a little controversial. One would hope that Trump is meaning government leakers, like the situation we had with a supreme court decision where supreme court justices were threatened and there was an attempt on one’s life.

What we can only hope is not the case with government whistle-blowers.

7) Make the inspector general’s office separate and independent of the departments they oversee.

A critical measure to ensure proper and fair administration of the law and regulations is the separation of the Offices of Inspector Generals. These are simply divisions of the federal or state agencies aimed at preventing unlawful operation with their parent agency.

The key problem with how they were structured was that these offices were part of the same agency, just a smaller division. Leading to a glaring conflict of interest.

Separating these Inspector Generals would allow the reach of the parent agencies less ability to sway or influence their reporting, and agencies could be less able to cover up maleficence.

8) Ask congress to establish an independent system to monitor intelligence agencies and ensure they are not spying on the citizens or running disinformation campaigns.

Development of such a system would provide a much-needed check on these agencies in the intelligence domain. In recent history, we have witnessed some examples of these campaigns aimed at spreading misinformation about the president-elect. As well as these government agencies stepping far out of bounds to talk to social media companies to suppress the Hunter Biden Laptop story. We shall hope that once President Trump comes to office, part of his measures with declassifying information about hoaxes and abuses of power would include such a story.

9) Will move the federal bureaucracy to different parts of the country instead of focused in Washington, D.C.

Decentralizing, and thus decreasing opportunities for collusion that go against America’s better interests, was one of the things that Trump did in his first presidency.

As many as 100,000 government positions can be moved out — and I mean immediately out — of Washington to places filled with patriots who love America

Donald J. Trump, 2023

We can only hope the President-elect Trump does what he has already done but to a much larger degree. Decentralization of these government agencies provides a barrier to prevent fraudulent coverups, collusion between agencies. It is ultimately beneficial to spread government agencies across the country. The agencies that govern and oversee it should be spread throughout it and live in it. Not be sequestered in some democrat hellscape.

10) Ban federal employees from gaining employment from companies which they oversaw/regulated.

Absolute gold. Something that should have already been a thing, but the machine turns for only it. Until Trump steps back into office. Government officials often times would leave their jobs and trade them for another job at another job they oversaw in some capacity for the government. Whether that be through legislation or other means. That is why, until Trump gets into office, if you applied for a federal job they asked if you were ever part of the government or in its capacity to make decisions regarding the company you were applying to. Which would instate a mandatory waiting period before they could hire you if you answered yes.

But this wasn’t good enough. Since these politicians or government officials could just sit around and wait on their laurels before the time expired. So Trump doubling down on this and banning it outright is an excellent move to ensure the issue of conflict of interest slowly dies out. Only likely to be undone by the next democrat elected president.

11) Push a constitutional amendment to place term limits on congress, which will help aid get rid of the deep state.

The cream of the crop. The bee’s knees. The thing that many have wanted for so long. Destroy and end these lifelong politicians who can sit in congress for decades and have little to nothing to show for it except their stock portfolio getting fatter. Hopefully, there are some extra measures to crack down on insider trading. Because it should be illegal for any spouse of a congress person to trade in such a way, which is UNDOUBTEDLY insider trading.

These career politicians also lack any incentive to make life better for the average American, since they will never have to see that side of America. They just get to stay in congress for fifty years and do nothing of note. Some of them even fall asleep during these hearings, which are about things that affect your day-to-day life! And they fall asleep.

Ted Cruz has wanted to propose congressional term limits and stop these politicians from being able to set up dynasties of political corruption and mediocrity.

Conclusion

The media is going to spin this as him being tyrannical and dictatorial because it is destroying the foundations of the system they serve. The system that values itself more than the people it is supposed to serve. This election cycle has shown the American people that the left values nothing more than power. And will make up blatant lies, insult your intelligence and double down on identity politics.

The greatest thing about this is that it is nothing different from what he campaigned on. So what is really the result of this? The American people voted on this. This is what they want. They are done. They are tired of all the lies and deception that the left has gotten away with for far too long.
