North Korea Claims to have tested a Radioactive Tsunami weapon. | Opinion

North Korea, a nation ruled by a disgruntled man with a rather ridiculous hair cut has apparently tested a ‘Radioactive Tsunami’ weapon.

The North Korean government continues to throw stones as they attempt to prove they are a formidable adversary to the western world. On March 24th, The government claimed to have successfully tested an unmanned underwater vehicle capable of utilizing a nuclear warhead to create giant ‘Radioactive Tsunamis’ which could wipe out entire carrier strike groups and ports.

North Korean Government photo of a explosion that in theory represents the capabilities of their new unmanned underwater nuke delivery device.

This is all happening because the United States said they were going to deploy aircraft carrier strike groups around the Korean peninsula, so naturally North Korea has to do the whole “Oh yeah well look at this.” It draws some similarities to this character from MadTv.

It would appear that North Korea thinks strapping a nuke to an RC submarine is a grand technological achievement. Does this necessarily pose a new threat to the western world? No. Analysts seem to hold the same sentiment. This vessel is not immune to anti-submarine warfare and reports say it is equally at risk of being attacked while it’s still in the port.

In realistic terms how useful can this technology be. It would seem they are working backwards. Maybe they finally got angry with the missiles and just moved back to the RC boats. All in all this is just another little tiny thing that Stuart would do from MadTv, and personally I don’t think it poses much concern.
